TRUE LIFE: I'm from Southern California

Beach babies at the U.S. Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach. Almost no beach umbrellas!
Cute guy
Grant's Aunt Cathy made bruschetta from tomatoes from her garden and it was so good!
What I wear when I just don't care
Such a crazy installation at the Hammer! I forget the artists but i'm sure if you look on the website you can find out
This is a drawing
One of the only museums to offer ping pong tables to whoever wants to play! The Hammer is free on Thursdays and free to anyone with a student I.D.
Lady in a terrarium (I want to make one!)
O.C. Fair
While at the Maloof Cup ( a skateboarding contest) this guy punched a lady and got booed out of the area. Bad form.
Hey

Reptilian 6-pack
Some hardcore (hxc) show later on. It was a weird scene.

A bunch of photos I've been hoarding from my summer. Off to Catalina tomorrow (a welcomed respite, I just took 3 back to back midterms today)!

  24. To reply to your comment. This is the 3rd time I've read A Million Little Pieces. I think it's an amazing book and the whole controversy with Oprah was really blown out of proportion. He exaggerated a few things in the book, maybe one or two like how much time he spent in jail. If you can overlook those things, which are really minor details, then it's a great read :)

  33. guess I'm truly an East Coast girl -- I can't survive more than an hour at the beach without an umbrella. with an umbrella, and a good book, I could stay from dawn to dusk.
