Twofer alert! A few months ago Glamour Magazine e-mailed me asking if I would like to try my hand at styling a military shirt two different ways and of course I agreed to the challenge! The first look is supposed to be sort of casual and good for going out to lunch and/or checking out a museum in. The second look is supposed to be more of a nighttime, "going clubbing" deal. Not really sure if ~da club~ would let me in with this gettup, but I do think it would make a nice outfit to get ice cream at Rite Aid in. Easing my humiliation with a scoop of chocolate malted crunch doesn't sound so bad...
And hey! Looky looky, I'm in this month's issue! Sharing space with Miss Keiko Lynn no less. You can also check us out over on the Slaves To Fashion blog, too. Color me excited :)

How exciting, I like both looks but especially like the short, swingy skirt and sparkly star hair ornaments in the second outfit. Also I would classify the first look as more tomboy/boyfriend/Annie Hall and the second as sweet 1960s schoolgirl. :)

ReplyDeleteI live both looks, but the second is so cute!! I would wear it every day.
