When I pitched my idea about creating a fun blogger event to my wonderful corworkers, the lovely ladies at Shout PR, for Orange County bloggers they were totally onboard. Let's be real, LA fully overshadows the fashion scene in Southern California BUT it's a shame because there are so many great Orange County based companies and businesses that deserve recognition. We figured that it would be nice to have an event that connected local bloggers, businesses, and our clients, many of which are Orange County (if not Southern California) based companies. A triple win! I hope we have more events in the future. I also hope that there are just more OC events period because uhhh having to drive up to LA always sort of womps. Always.

The DIY wrap bracelets from Honestly WTF were a huge hit!

As was the peter pan collar DIY, also from Honestly WTF. Fashion Camp OC was nice enough to sponsor this DIY. They are a sweet little set up inside the Mart that offers sewing and fashion classes to style seekers of all ages. Right now they're doing kids and tween fashion day camp classes for the summer. Wish I could have been enrolled way back when...

LuLu*s was holding it down with their infamous wheel of prizes, Hayley from The Weekend File even won a $100 gift card (lucky!!) I spun and got a $10 off gift card which won't be going to waste ;-)

Some lovely blogger babes doing work at the DIY bracelet table

Ritual Wellness made sure we didn't dehydrate from all of the fun having that was going on (thoughtful). Not pictured are the sweetest little cupcakes from Luscious Organic Desserts and a cheese plate that I DID NOT GET TO CHOMP from The Cheese Shop at The Mix. I swear I glanced at the table, glanced back, and all that was left were crumbs.

Everyone hated these.
Just Kidding. 'lette macarons opened up a shop in Newport Beach recently and was nice enough to donate this macaron tower. Um whoever said macarons were over were dead wrong because these were out of control good. A huge hit to say the least.
I finally got to meet local blogger lovely Theresa!

We had outfit raffles from Willow+Clay, Matty M, Black Sheep, BB Dakota, ...lost for her, and Rebecca Michaels :D
The always adorable Beatrice made it to the event. Beatrice, since I know you read here, COME BACK TO THE INTERNET!
Herp derp. Vintage button up from the shop , silk kerchief: thrift store, pants made into shorts: thrift store, kork ease sandals: thrift store
Brittany from Style Stalker OC spilled win on her peter pan collar but fittingly made it work.
Tiffany from Tuolomee and Kimberly from According to Kimberly plus her stylish pal were all looking sharp

A night well spent! Thanks again to everyone who came out!
